OUR MATERIALS

PROCESSING BRASS BUT NOT ONLY...

Manometal processes stainless steel, aluminium, free-cutting steel and is particularly intensive in brass processing and the processing of lead-free or low-lead brass alloys from bars of Ø 2 mm to Ø 80 mm. However, you are also welcome to enquire about turned parts made of materials not listed here.

 

We start with batch sizes from 100 pieces for sampling and from 300 pieces for serial parts.

We are also happy to produce precision turned parts from profile materials / profile bars / profile tubes.

For this purpose, we use special profile manufacturers from Italy and Germany in a long-standing partnership.

Manometal has always strived to plan the available machinery. At first it was on a drawing board, then using specially programmed software, and now using software that is widespread across Europe. All systems, employee working hours and orders are planned by trained employees. We can view all of the planning data in real time at the touch of a button so that we are prepared to meet deadlines safely and reliably.

Warehousing

Together with our customers, we determine what quantities we have available in stock as minimum stocks, safety stocks or call-off production batches.  Depending on destocking, replenishment is initiated by our PPS-controlled software, so that our customers can always rest assured.
