The IT systems and computer programs used for the functioning of the website collect some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users when connecting to the website, the URI addresses -Uniform Resource Identifier- of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to send the request to the server, the size of the file obtained, the numerical code relating to the state of the response from the server - success, error, etc. - and other parameters related to the user's operating system and IT environment.
Although this is information that is not collected to be associated with identified subjects, by its very nature it may allow the identification of users through processing and associations with data held by third parties.
These data are used only for the purpose of collecting statistical information that is not associated with the user identification data on the use of the website and control its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used for assessing liability in case of hypothetical computer crime against the website.

Consent is not required for the processing of data for such purposes, since the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation) and, where applicable, to comply with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(a) of the Rules).
The processing of data will be carried out by the personnel appointed by OWNER with procedures, technical and IT instruments suitable to protect the confidentiality and security of your data, and will consist of their collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, consultation, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation, destruction, including the combination of two or more of the above activities.
This data will be stored for the time necessary to provide the user with the requested service and will be deleted immediately thereafter, without prejudice to further legal retention obligations. Their data will not be disseminated.
In the course of its activities and for the purposes set out above, OWNER may engage the provision of services by third parties acting on behalf of OWNER and in accordance with its instructions as processors.
